Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to this website. We uphold the rights of intellectual property as we expect others to respect our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a legitimate infringement claim, certain information needs to be provided.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work infringed;
- Details about the infringing material and its location;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement verifying the unauthorized use of material;
- A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
Penalties can be imposed under Title 17 USC §512(f) for misrepresentation in a notification of infringement. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page by email for quick action.
It is important to note that we may share given information in a copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If material is taken down due to a copyright claim, a counter notification can be sent to restore the material. This notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A declaration that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
- Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal action.
Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We are strict on copyright infringement. We monitor DMCA notices and terminate accounts of repeat infringers as per the DMCA requirements.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update our DMCA policy at any time. Visitors are advised to check back regularly for any changes.
